COO Asia Business Management supports the COO Asia in execution of the COO mandate to support the Bank’s growth strategy by providing reliable, scalable and efficient platform and services to the Front Office functions.

PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant work experience in private banking
• Deep understanding of private banking business, as well as back office operations
• Experienced in managing a team to reach a set target
• Experience in scoping and managing Change-the-Bank initiatives
• Excellent MS Excel and Power Point skills
