JOB SUMMARY

  • On-Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution: Drive strategic campaign planning and execution across all owned digital channels web, app, email, etc, (excluding paid media) across all of our key Markets
  • Performance Optimization & Analytics: Implement robust tracking, analyze campaign metrics CTR, conversions and optimize for ROI through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Generate and Distribute Actionable leads for offline teams: Develop campaign strategies to generate qualified leads for relationship managers and offline sales teams, ensuring seamless lead distribution and a feedback loop to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Design campaign playbook beyond digital looking at total customer value across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, Hives and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Digital Innovation & Channel Development: Identify and implement emerging digital trends and channels to improve on-channel campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales Performance Management: Utilize advanced analytics to track and optimize, performance enhance sales funnel efficiency and conversion rates
  • Action able Insights: identify opportunities to activate sub segments using end to end, CVM dashboards
  • Reporting: Together with RA teams Develop comprehensive dashboards to track the impact of value propositions on digital sales performance

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advocate and communicate Campaign Management Strategy to all stakeholders across the business and work across key WRB markets
  • Lead the bank as the market leader and the key advocate of industry digital, mass segment and echo system related development across WRB’s key markets
  • Formulate and execute the strategy to make internet/mobile as key channels for sales and engagement.
  • Sales Performance Management: Utilize advanced analytics to track and optimize, performance enhance sales funnel efficiency and conversion rates
  • Develop a talented, dynamic team of campaign managers in the center as well in the major markets driving acquisition via digital campaigns.
