Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent would provide strategic direction in the development of the Data, Analytics, Insights and Marketing Technology capability at an enterprise level. This role will interface with all chapters and Group Technology to determine business requirements using data, insights and marketing technology as an enabler. Key to this is determining how to future proof the Nedbank brand through insights developed and overseeing the implementation of Marketing technology (internal and external). Ensures that the use of marketing technology and data must yield commercial benefits.
