Description

1. Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate. 2. Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee. 3. Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/ Manufacturing/ Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability. 4. Also engage with market participants to scout for best effort originate to sell mandates for Loans and Bonds with enhancing our fee income earning avenues.

Responsibilities

The role involves taking large underwriting positions with a sell-down mandate, including soft and hard underwriting to syndicate trades and generate fees. The individual will also prepare the bank for launching Project Finance and scout for originate-to-sell mandates to enhance fee income.
