WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced, GDC-registered Dental Nurse who:

• Thrives in a leadership role, coaching and guiding others to perform at their best
• Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and loves keeping operations running smoothly
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining CQC compliance
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude

• Lead, motivate, and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding clinical care
• Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold the highest infection control standards
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new nursing staff
• Work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide chairside assistance across cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures
