* Business Development * Time to time update products, services, customer journeys, and digital capabilities and tracking success. * Drive growth of digital banking users and digital transactions * Increase mobile banking adoption and customer engagement * Develop digitization including Card Business. * Support digital sales strategies across Retail Banking * Lead or support digital transformation initiatives across departments * Identify new business opportunities to growth business across Consumer Banking including Credit Card. * Improve customer journeys across mobile and online banking platforms * Coordinate enhancement of digital banking features and services * Analyze customer and stakeholder pain points and recommend suitable digital solutions * Promote customer-centric innovation and continuous service improvement * Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion * Build strategic partnerships with fintech companies, telecom operators, e-commerce platforms, and payment providers * Expand QR and merchant ecosystem adoption * Support regional ASEAN digital banking initiatives (If related) * Refresh Bancassurance strategic with insurance partners to identify opportunities for fee income growth for CIMB, branches, and individual contributors. * Financial  * Collaborate with sales teams to increase business opportunity. * Monitor market direction and emerging opportunities * Analyze product gaps and digital innovation trends * Understand customer behavior shifts and pricing competitiveness * Review market best practices, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities
