7-10 years experience in leveraging data and insights to design and deliver personalized client engagement solutions, with a proven ability to detect patterns, interpret behavioral trends, brainstorm innovative ideas, and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable impact for clients and businesses.
7-10 years experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, managing diverse skill sets and working styles to achieve strategic goals. Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, including hypothesis development, experiment design, testing, and scaling successful outcomes.
3+ years experience in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience, and client-centric innovation. Proven ability to effectively communicate a compelling vision, manage stakeholder relationships, and influence decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.
