This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head/Director of Sales Operations in the United States. The Head/Director of Sales Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and revenue growth across the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and enable scalable, high-performance sales operations. You will oversee sales systems, analytics, forecasting, and reporting while mentoring a high-performing Sales Ops team. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, technical fluency in CRM and sales tools, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to have a tangible impact on revenue performance in a fast-growing, B2B SaaS environment. Accountabilities Design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and GTM leadership. Lead annual and quarterly planning processes, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation. Deliver actionable insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue growth opportunities. Build and maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and analytics to track sales performance across segments. Optimize sales processes to remove friction, improve conversion rates, and ensure efficient operations. Oversee and ensure adoption of the sales tech stack, integrating tools to support sales efficiency. Align with Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Finance to ensure seamless lead flow and reporting. Mentor and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team while maintaining hands-on involvement where needed. 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a scaling B2B SaaS company. Minimum 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-segment, multi-geo sales organizations. Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales tools, with strong CRM architecture, reporting, and automation skills. Proven experience managing and developing operations team members while staying hands-on. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, interpret complex data, and extract actionable insights. Exceptional project management, change management, and process improvement capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
