REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Proven experience working in night-time hospitality security (bars, clubs, pubs, or similar).
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Flexibility to take on additional shifts as the contract grows.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a hospitality venue in London, W9. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and the venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing entry and exit of guests in line with venue policies.
• Carrying out ID and security checks where required.
• Maintaining a visible and approachable presence to deter anti-social behaviour.
• Responding calmly and professionally to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies.
• Liaising with venue management and other team members to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records as required.
