HEAD DRAINER

Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou are seeking to strengthen our team with the addition of dedicated, loyal and experienced Head Drainer to work in Queensland kicking off on a Brisbane northside project.
As part of a growing team with a commitment to excellence, you will be provided with challenging work on a wide range engineering and civil infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do (but not limited to):

• Undertake construction, installation, testing and commissioning of underground pipelines, connections and associated structures in accordance with best practice standards (including storm water drainage, sewerage, water, power, Telstra and gas)
• Build and lead a team of drainers and operators
• Set out and coordination of drainage works
• Provide guidance, assistance and training to team members
• Performing labouring and cleaning work
• Ad hoc tasks as required

What you’re good at:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position on Civil Construction Projects
• Valid Driver’s License
• PVC pipelaying accreditation
• Blue/White Card
• An excellent safety record
