Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive the enterprise applications roadmap across supply chain and logistics systems, including Manhattan WMS, replenishment tools, route planning, and compliance platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex technology initiatives, ensuring on time, fit for business execution.
  • Partner with operations and site leaders to identify pain points, prioritise initiatives, and translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
  • Support and coach two direct reports with different working styles fostering trust, capability, and professional growth.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across IT and business units, ensuring transparency, engagement, and effective communication.
  • Support major projects such as the LogMaster rollout (fatigue management), voice picking enablement, Manhattan WMS expansion, and assessment of a new route planning solution.
  • Provide stability during transition and set the team up for long term success, particularly with WMS readiness for upcoming site builds.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise applications within a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and hands on experience with WMS platforms (preferably Manhattan).
  • Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • A strategic yet grounded mindset, you can build a roadmap and also understand the business pulse.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you’re able to navigate conflicting views, uncover the real issues, and drive alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a leadership style that’s calm, empowering, and adaptive.
  • Ability to travel to site locations when needed to ensure operational alignment and project success
