• Ensuring the definition of all guidelines in the area of ​​procurement and logistics, their implementation and regular review for compliance and relevance
• Responsibility for the management, further development and continuous improvement of central IT systems in procurement such as SAP Ariba, EDI, WebCIS, procurement decision tools and supplier master data management.
• Further development of dashboards and reporting tools to ensure transparency regarding KPIs in the area of ​​procurement and logistics.
• Management and standardization of the framework for supplier management throughout the company, including risk management, supplier segmentation and performance monitoring.
• Process owner for cross-departmental standardization and efficiency programs in the areas of procurement and logistics
• Support with audits and compliance checks, as well as aligning functional excellence with changing regulatory and business requirements.
• Exchange with the IT department to ensure stable, reliable operation and the integration of the SAP-based procurement and logistics systems.
• Close collaboration with the procurement managers of the business units, the Indirect Procurement department and Strategic Logistics for the continuous improvement of methods, tools and digital platforms.

• Extensive experience in procurement
• Leadership experience
• Extensive experience with methods, processes and controlling
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of digitalization.
