We are proud to provide a first-class customer experience, and to do that, we need a skilled Head Facilities Technician to take full ownership of our technical function. The site operates both drop-pin and string-pin machines, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in bowling machinery to lead the way.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Head Facilities Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our lanes, arcade, and equipment running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the technical department, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and safety checks, while also supporting the wider venue team with general upkeep. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our busiest times run without a hitch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking ownership of the technical function at the venue.
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on bowling machines (drop-pin and string-pin), arcade games, and other equipment.
• Troubleshooting technical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
• Performing and logging regular checks, ensuring all machinery meets safety standards.
• Supporting venue management with wider maintenance and repair needs.
• Ensuring smooth technical operations during peak periods, especially evenings and weekends.
