JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning is Required!
1. Customer Service: Interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing suggestions and recommendations for suitable floral arrangements and products.
2. Floral Arrangement: Creating aesthetically pleasing and balanced floral arrangements for different occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and corporate events. This includes selecting appropriate flowers, greenery, and other decorative elements.
3. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing the inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies. This involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, and storing floral products to ensure quality and freshness.
4. Floral Design: Utilizing knowledge of color theory, design principles, and various floral techniques to create visually appealing bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, wreaths, and other floral decorations.
5. Floral Care: Ensuring the proper care and maintenance of flowers, including watering, pruning, trimming, and applying appropriate solutions to extend the lifespan of the blooms.
6. Pricing and Sales: Determining the pricing of different floral arrangements and products based on factors like the cost of materials, labor, and market demand. Handling sales transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
7. Delivery: Preparing and packaging floral arrangements for delivery, making sure they are protected and presented well. Delivering flowers to customers’ homes, venues, or businesses in a timely and professional manner.
8. Floral Trends and Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with the latest floral design trends, popular flowers, and emerging market demands. Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and adapt the business accordingly.
9. Shop Maintenance: Keeping the floral shop clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Arranging displays, maintaining flower coolers, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
10. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns or complaints, and following up on customer satisfaction.
