ABOUT YOU

• You have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
• You have a degree in horticulture, floriculture, landscape preservation, or related field, preferred but not essential.
• You have a considerable knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance.
• You have a strong understanding of irrigation systems and their operation.
• You have skills in hardscape/landscape construction; masonry skills would be highly regarded.
• You have appropriate and current tickets for relevant plant and equipment.
• You hold a current Victorian drivers license; a manual drivers license is preferred but not essential.

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a world class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
The Head Gardener is responsible for overseeing and maintaining Alba Thermal Springs property to the highest standard, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and visually appealing environment for guests and employees. This includes management of grounds and landscaping, natural resources, waste and recycling, nursery propagation, environmental protection, and supervision of the Grounds staff.
We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.
This is a full-time role with a rotational roster, including some weekends and public holidays.
