  • Substantial knowledge of wrestling techniques, rules, and strategies, with a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes through conduct, instruction, and leadership.

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE & LOGISTICAL DUTIES

  • Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and facility use with the Athletic Director.
  • Maintain compliance with eligibility requirements, medical clearances, and parental consent.
  • Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory of wrestling equipment and uniforms.
  • Manage the program’s budget within approved allocations.
  • Report injuries and follow all district safety protocols.

OTHER DUTIES

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Athletic Director or Principal to ensure the success and integrity of the wrestling program.
