EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (university degree required, advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within digital transformation, data science, or related fields in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Proven track record of implementing digital strategies and driving innovation in a regulated environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams across different geographic locations and in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory requirements for computational modeling, data management, and software validation
• Proficiency in multiple languages (English required, additional languages beneficial)
