Shaw Hill Golf and Spa Hotel, a premier destination for luxury accommodation, fine dining, and championship golf, is seeking a PGA-qualified Head Golf Professional to lead and elevate our golf operations.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, service-oriented leader with experience in resort or high-volume golf environments. You will oversee golf operations, retail, coaching, and guest experience, working closely with both hotel and golf teams to deliver a world-class experience for members, guests, and event clients.

GOLF OPERATIONS & GUEST EXPERIENCE

• Oversee daily golf operations (tee bookings, pace of play, starter/marshal duties).
• Work alongside reception/events teams for seamless guest experience.
• Be a visible, welcoming presence for all golfers.
• Collaborate with greenkeeping, F&B, and spa teams to uphold premium service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Fully qualified PGA Professional (UK & Ireland).
• Proven experience in resort, hotel, or high-volume public golf settings.
• Strong record in retail, instruction, and guest services.
• Effective leader with experience managing teams.
• Tech savvy: ClubV1, BRS, and golf ops software.
• Strong communicator with commercial acumen.
