Requirements:
· Understanding of restaurant etiquette and familiar with health and safety regulations
· Experience in managing reservations
· Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers upon their arrival and departure.
· Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
· Manage reservations
· Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
· Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
· Maintain a clean reception area
· Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
· Answer frequent incoming calls and address customers’ queries
.Assist with creating run sheet and admin work
Work hours are flexible, however Friday and Saturday evenings are a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
