SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
• A passion for food, wine, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• WSET certification or strong knowledge of wine and beverages.
