Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "F&B Head Hostess" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the host/hostess team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations. Supervise and coordinate the hostess team Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained Collaborate with restaurants and kitchen teams for smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or F&B sector Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus) Well-groomed, professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible working hours, including weekends and holiday Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
