Overview Front-of-house ambassador for a globally high-volume day and nightlife dining brand. You’ll command the door, orchestrate waitlists, and set the first impression. Key Responsibilities Lead podium operations, guest flow, and seating strategy in a high-traffic setting Manage reservations, VIP notes, and table allocations to protect pacing Coach a hostess team on greeting standards, phone/email etiquette, and appearance Partner with floor and bar managers to balance turns and VIP priorities Handle guest recovery with grace and urgency Qualifications 3–5 years’ luxury-hospitality experience (hostess/guest relations leadership) Minimum height 170 cm and impeccable grooming standards Excellent English; another European language is a must Confident with reservation systems and high-volume door management Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure Compensation & Benefits AED 8,000/month (full tax-free package) Plus tips and service charge (expect AED3-5,000 per month in season) Duty meal provided Annual flight ticket Medical, life & unemployment insurance Global staff discount (25–50%) Preferred start: 15 October We appreciate your interest in this vacancy.
