• Lead and supervise the hostess team to ensure smooth guest flow and excellent service standards.
• Greet and welcome VIP and international guests, offering personalized assistance in Russian, English, and other languages when required.
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and table rotation to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and schedule hostesses to maintain professional grooming, communication, and hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with restaurant/bar managers and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Support management in implementing service policies, promotional activities, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere at the entrance and reception area.
• Assist in reporting, performance reviews, and providing feedback to improve service quality.
