We are currently seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team at Whitebriars Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control in a care setting.

• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Experience in housekeeping (preferably in a care or healthcare setting)
• Ability to lead a small team effectively

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness throughout the home
• Complete daily cleaning tasks in line with established rotas
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines
• Adhere to COSHH regulations and maintain relevant records
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments
