We are currently looking to recruit a head housekeeper to join our busy team in our care home for the elderly in Fairford.
The main duties will be overseeing, guiding and supporting the current staff team, keeping a check of coshh product stock and ordering the supplies, carrying out spot checks, having and input in audits, hands on housekeeping, supervisions and appraisals for the small team.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, can manage a small team, previous experience in a similar role is a must, has good attention to detail, is comfortable to guide the team and get the best from them as individuals, someone with good ideas as we are always open to change to make things better.
Hours of work are ideally 7am-3pm, 5 days a week on a 2 week rolling rota (subject to change for holiday cover), every other weekend working is required.
(We can be a little flexible on the hours, this can be discussed at interview).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,150.00-£32,250.00 per year
