Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring consistently high standards
  • Develop cleaning schedules and monitor daily operations to maintain pristine conditions throughout the Club (changing rooms, lounges, studios, spa, Bar & Bistro etc.)
  • Manage stock levels of cleaning materials, placing timely orders when required
  • Ensure health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and infection control procedures are strictly followed
  • Carry out regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate cleaning needs for events, tournaments, and day-to-day club activities
