HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience as a Head Housekeeper, with a proven track record of managing a team
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to oversee all aspects of linen management, deliveries, and stock control
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the maintenance team and ensure all furnishings and fittings are in good order
• Passion for creating and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a head housekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and develop your team
