The Royal Albion is an historic seafront hotel situated in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent. Dating back to 1760, the Shepherd Neame hotel has 21 elegant and spacious bedrooms and boasts a commanding position on the clifftop overlooking Viking Bay. Our guests can dine in our popular Ballard’s Coffee Lounge or our main bar and restaurant areas. The hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.
At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that you co-ordinate and train our housekeeping team to provide excellent standards of cleanliness and a warm welcome for our hotel guests.
If you haven’t got any previous experience in a similar role please do not worry, so long as that you have experience of managing a team in a fast paced customer focused environment and that you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
