We’re now seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally at supervisory or head housekeeper level
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Good organisational and leadership skills
  • Confidence using booking systems and handling housekeeping admin
  • Ability to manage stock levels and order products effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods as required

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
  • Manage and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Train, support, and schedule housekeeping staff
  • Use the hotel booking system to plan room servicing efficiently and communicate with reception about guest needs
  • Order cleaning products, linens, and other housekeeping supplies, ensuring stock levels are well managed and cost-effective
  • Carry out daily inspections to ensure rooms meet hotel standards before guest arrivals
  • Work closely with reception and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Step in hands-on when needed to support the team during busy periods
