JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. We have 19 ensuite rooms, plus communal areas and a bar/restaurant to clean. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping department, at a supervisory/managerial level, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests. Hours are 8am to 4pm, 5 days a week and will include weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong housekeeping experience with a keen eye for detail in cleaning practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
