Responsibilities Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to: Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory · Provide leadership to drive People mandate and address HR needs · Advise and provide guidance in developing people management solutions to achieve business goals · Coach and advise managers in the application of HR philosophies, policies, practices Talent Acquisition and Management · Partner leadership team on succession planning and HIPOs management · Provide end-to-end talent acquisition · Provide advisory to improve career development and internal mobility Performance & Development · Coach managers and employees in performance & development · Manage performance and development Learning & Development · Advise and assess branch and employees on learning & development needs · Partner L&D on implementing training and learning interventions · Lead in orientation training for new hires · Facilitate in-country learning interventions including lunch and learning, bite-sized learning Employee Relations & Engagement · Manage employee relations, engage employees on regular basis · Partner stakeholders on employee engagement actions planning and execution · Strategize, plan and organize staff engagement events and activities · Work with Disciplinary Committee on disciplinary issues Compensation and Benefits · Partner/advise Country Head managers on Performance & Development review and Year-End review · Manage salary survey, benchmark exercises, benefits reviews, insurance renewals, annual health check and other benefits programs · Manage Payroll, PIT, Annual PIT Finalization, SMUI · Coordinate with vendor and/or consultant for Work Permit, TRC for Global Mobility assignees Risk, Compliance and Regulation · Monitor employment and labor related legislations to ensure compliance · Maintain regular cadence to ensure information flow of local nuance to Head Office · Work in partnership with Head Office to ensure alignment, coordination in project/policy development and enhancement of information provision/services to employees · Ensure country’s HR policies and practices comply with regulations and legal requirements Requirements · Conversant with the full spectrum of HR functions · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience · Confident HR business partner and generalist with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business at a strategic level and be hands-on when required · Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
