Top Level Taekwondo & Martial Arts Academy – Milton, ON
Top Level Taekwondo & Martial Arts Academy, with two locations in Milton, is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team. At Top Level Taekwondo, we pride ourselves on being a family- and people-oriented workplace where staff contributions are valued, and every team member is treated with respect as an important part of our academy.
We use modern teaching and coaching methods blended with traditional martial arts elements, ensuring our classes are both innovative and rooted in discipline. Our teaching style is positive, fun, and results-driven, creating an environment where students are motivated, engaged, and consistently improving.
This role combines teaching select martial arts classes with coordinating the daily operations of our academies, including after-school and camp programs.
This position is full-time: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays off

Responsibilities

  • Teach select Taekwondo and martial arts classes in a professional, structured, and engaging manner.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to ensure excellent service and a positive experience.
  • Organize and oversee after-school and camp programs.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, belt testings, and other academy activities.
  • Support daily operations, ensuring consistency and professionalism across both academy locations.

Qualifications

  • Martial arts teaching experience (Taekwondo background preferred).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 3rd dan Taekwondo Black Belt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both children and adults.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with staff.
  • Comfortable using computer software systems for scheduling, communication, and program management.
  • Ability to use social media apps to support communication and community engagement.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to the academy’s mission and values.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $71,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation time.
