Description Houston Country Club (HCC) is seeking friendly and experienced American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards for our outdoor pool that will be open from April - October; with additional employment opportunities throughout the year. HCC operates a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time hours, provides meals, work incentives and bonuses, uniform and certification assistance. Duties and Responsibilities Must have a Happy, Positive, Energetic, Outgoing, Passionate, Helpful, and Fun Loving Attitude Implement and execute pool safety in and around the pool Attend Mandatory Weekly In-services Assist Opening and Closing Procedures Assist swimming instructors, swim team, pool members, pool parties, and other activities. Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions.. Perform other duties as prescribed by management. Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor. Requirements Job Type: Seasonal Part-time or Full-time between 20-30 hours a week, with the option of up to 40 hours Schedule: 4-6 hour shift Morning and Evening shift | Flexible Schedule Tuesday to Sunday, off on Mondays 9am to 3pm, 3pm to 9pm Final candidates subject to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

The Head Lifeguard is responsible for implementing and executing pool safety and assisting with various pool activities. They must also report any damages or incidents to the supervisor.
