We are currently looking to recruit a Head Lifeguard in a part-time 20 hours per week position with the option to Lifeguard up to another 20 hours per week, must be available for weekend work. So if you’re a team player and want to work in a fast pace environment, then we are for you.
While your main focus will be on leading and supporting a team of lifeguards, you will also influence the wider poolside experience by identifying opportunities to elevate our member journey.

• This position requires a current NPLQ and DBS certificate
• To support the building, forming and retention of our lifeguard team
• To create an environment for our Lifeguards of team-performance through trust, challenge and accountability
• Accountable for overall lifeguard team performance including people, daily operation, safety and compliance
• to take the lead in interacting and communicating with members and team members alike, to measure current operational and experience performance, while actively seeking additional opportunities to improve effectiveness on poolside
• To seek and provide necessary training and development to enable our team members to grow within their roles
• To prepare regular updates to the Operations Manager to support the effectiveness and efficiency of our lifeguard team
