As Head (f/m/d) of the Parent Seed Department, you will take on a key role in organizing and ensuring the production of base and trial seed for maize.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Einbeck.

In this position, you will lead an interdisciplinary team and take on the following tasks:

• Management and further development of an interdisciplinary team in a matrix organization.
• Organize and ensure the production of base, pre-basic, and trial seed for maize.
• Coordinate line research, maintenance breeding, and registration processes.
• Collaborate closely with maize breeders and maize production teams to ensure smooth information and material flow.
• Take on project responsibilities in day-to-day operations.
