Roles & Responsibilities  Lead and supervise all maintenance operations and teams Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities Monitor maintenance budget, expenses, and cost control Ensure all machinery and utilities are in working condition Manage installation, repair, and annual maintenance programs Conduct regular inspections and resolve equipment issues Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance (ISO, OHSAS, TPM) Manage spare parts inventory and procurement Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and track performance. Handle plant based Infrastructure requirements end to end. Liasoning with Govt authorities e.g. BESCOM, KAIADB, FIRE, etc Coordinate with customers and internal teams for tooling & operations   Key Skills  Knowledge of LT/HT systems, transformers, breakers Experience in CNC Maintenance, VFDs, motors, relays, and electrical control panels Familiar with utilities (STP, compressors, BMS, fire systems) Ability to read electrical drawings, Machanical drawings , Diagnosis and handle new equipments commissioning/ installations. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills  QualificationB.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Experience18-25 years in maintenance (manufacturing/industrial setup)
