Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Director, Global Shared Services Center (GSSC), the direct supervision of the Chief of Manila Financial Services (MFS), the functional supervision of the Chief of Global Accounting and in close collaboration with the Chiefs of the Budget and Treasury Divisions of the Department of Resource Management (DRM), the Head of Manila Financial Review and Support Services (MFRS) will be responsible for planning, managing, implementing and coordinating, the functions and the work of the Manila Financial Review and Support Services (MFRS) unit, located in GSSC.

Responsibilities

The Head of Manila Financial Review and Support Services (MFRS) will be responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and coordinating the functions and work of the MFRS unit located in the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC). This role operates under the supervision of the Director of GSSC and the Chief of Manila Financial Services (MFS).
