About the Role Resiliv is building a global Marketing & Growth function to support its expansion across multiple markets. We are seeking a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead strategy, execution oversight, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the marketing engine, driving lead generation, and ensuring measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy Own lead generation, pipeline growth, and marketing ROI Define and manage marketing KPIs (CAC, CPL, conversion rates) Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all markets Manage paid marketing, content, and digital channels Lead and coordinate internal and external marketing teams Drive demand generation strategies across global markets Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth Partner with leadership on revenue and expansion strategy KPIs Monthly qualified leads generated Cost per lead (CPL) within target thresholds Marketing-sourced pipeline value growth Conversion rate from lead to opportunity Customer acquisition cost (CAC) optimization ROI on marketing spend Growth in brand engagement and visibility Campaign performance improvement month-on-month Requirements 7–10 years in marketing, growth, or digital marketing roles Minimum 3 years in a leadership role Strong experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries Experience managing paid ads, content, and lead generation Strong analytical and performance marketing skills Experience working with CRM and analytics tools Preferred Experience in multi-market or international marketing Experience building marketing functions from scratch Background in tech, consulting, logistics, or professional services Application Method Interested candidates should submit: Updated CV Summary of past marketing achievements Examples of campaigns or growth results delivered Brief explanation of marketing tools and systems used Why Join Resiliv Opportunity to build a global marketing function from the ground up High ownership role with direct impact on company growth Exposure to multiple international markets Work directly with executive leadership Opportunity to build and lead a scalable growth engine Fast-growing global business with long-term expansion plans
