A Day in the Life of a Head Mechanic Your day starts with a review of maintenance schedules and team member assignments. You'llperform routine checks on pinsetters, scoring equipment, and lanes, using our operations software totrack tasks and keep detailed logs. When issues arise, you'll quickly diagnose and repair equipment,communicating effectively with guests to ensure minimal disruption to their experience. You'll alsomaintain clean workspaces, manage parts inventory, and work closely with the Facility MaintenanceManager on special projects and team development. Requirements Job Requirements Perform maintenance and repairs on bowling and scoring equipment, including pinsetters andlanes, while ensuring safety protocols are always followed. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, communicate effectively with guests, and minimizedisruptions to their experience. Maintain clean and organized workspaces, manage parts inventory, and keep accurate logs formaintenance and repairs. Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills to mentor team members and coordinateschedules. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities in a fast-pacedenvironment. Be computer literate and quick to learn new software, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. The Schedule FatCats is busiest when other people are off work and having fun.
