Oversees all aspects of a sports program. Recruits athletes, mentors athletes, fosters athletic, emotional, and academic group of student athletes. Oversees sports equipment, practice plans and schedules, skill development, designs coaching strategies. Oversees public and media relations. Coordinates team travel and schedule. Adheres to all rules and regulations. Oversees assistant coaching staff.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing all facets of the men's basketball program, including recruiting, mentoring student-athletes academically and emotionally, and designing coaching strategies. The coach will also manage equipment, practice schedules, public relations, team travel, and supervise the assistant coaching staff while ensuring adherence to all regulations.
