Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill". Who We Look For: The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Head Mixologist - Assistant Manager. This position reports to the Bar Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and innovate creative, high-quality cocktail recipes Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain consistent drink standards Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate with management on menu development, promotions, and events Maintain excellent customer service and engage with guests for feedback Analyze sales data to refine offerings and improve bar performance Organize special events, tastings, and cocktail demonstrations Stay current on industry trends, spirits, and mixology techniques Handle scheduling, staffing, and daily bar operations Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position Able to operate Food & Beverage system. Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of Diploma.
