About The Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Mixologist to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. * The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: * Ensure punctuality and maintain a professional demeanor by greeting colleagues and reporting to the supervisor promptly, demonstrating enthusiasm for duties. * Take full responsibility for bar operations, including adhering to HACCP standards, SOPs, cleanliness, and all related tasks, while leading and supervising the bar team. * Develop innovative cocktails, specials, and recipes for special occasions and events, showcasing creativity and expertise. * Maintain the Mix trolley and oversee its tasks on the floor, ensuring its smooth operation. Represent the establishment in external and internal bartending competitions, mentor junior colleagues, and advise on participation.
