Responsibilities
  • Design, create and serve amazing cocktails to our hotel and external guests
  • Effectively lead a busy bar team
  • Have a high standard of operations, procedures and service
  • Devise comprehensive and user-friendly standards and procedures for beverage operations and communicate effectively across the team
  • Ensure that the bar and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and well maintained
  • Work as a team builder to recruit, train and hire staff
  • Establish and customize service level standards
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning through the introduction of new programs and strategies
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures that will positively impact the P&L and improve the overall bar operatio
