Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Ensure daily rounds of all patients for provision of quality care and environment cleanliness. Update area manager about the patient related issues and action taken to resolve. Ensure compliance with the applicable quality standards of certifying and accredited bodies. Ensure timely processing of staff salaries and overtime along with staff attendance and monitoring. Encourage creativity, initiative and innovativeness in nursing staffs mentor nursing workforce for provision of good services and staff development Coordinate with various stakeholders for provision of services and strive for continuous quality improvement. Requirements: You should have: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master’s degree in the same field, and a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council At least five to seven years of relevant experience, of which two years of experience should be at a nursing management level Certification in BLS, ACLS and NRP Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
