(Saudi National Only) Grade: GG14 Location: Majmaah Working hours: full time Advert closing: 02/04/2026 Responsibilities · Ensure Prime Contractor undertakes its responsibilities under the SBDCP LOA3 obligations. · Establish a ‘trusted partner’ relationship with the RSAF Customer and satisfy the Customer’s needs. · Be the primary company interface with the Base Customer. · Manage the Air Traffic Control and Weapons Director training · Ensures all staff are Suitably Qualified, Licenced and Experienced to conduct training in their specialist categories. · Issue letters of authority to direct reports. · Ensure compliance with Company mandated policies and standards, including Life Cycle Management. · Ensure compliance with Company Systems Approach to Training and Training Governance. · Identify “Training Risks” to the Customer and sit on any Training Review Boards as an independent expert and advisor. · Approve course development and curriculum changes in consultation with Technical Squadron Commander · Approve the procurement, acquisition, allocation, up-grades, maintenance and use of training devices, simulators and resources. · Ensure management of BAE Systems staff including recruitment, retention and development. Specifically, Air Traffic Control and Weapons Director Instructors, Administration, Engineering and Simulator Support Specialists · Provide an environment that encourages independent learning and a military ethos. · Ensure open communication across all staff by creating a forum and format for ongoing open commination within the Technical Studies Squadron and other KFAA Academic Wing Departments · Ensure compliance with Safety Health and Environment (SHE) policy and Duty of Care responsibilities. · Provide the Project Director KFAA and other senior management with feedback to promote service performance and responsiveness, resolve customer issues, and/ or focus project transformation opportunities. Job Requirements: Educated to degree level or professional equivalent with knowledge of training in a military environment. A minimum of 15 years’ experience with increasing responsibility for the management of training projects within a Technical Training Institute. Knowledge and understanding of BAE Systems Training Governance policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of Training and Engineering Lifecycle Management processes. Knowledge and understanding of project management and reporting requirements including using the Project Reporting System (PRS). Experience in curriculum, syllabus, course, materials and test design. Experience in instructor evaluation. Programming and planning experience, preferably in a training environment. Knowledge and understanding of Company financial and commercial practices and requirements. Experience and knowledge of RSAF practices and procedures gained through at least three years involvement with the Company’s programmes in KSA.
