Lead & Scale: Lead a team of high-performing AEs, with a track record for stability and retention—bringing expertise to double new business growth, professionalizing our approach, and scaling our team.
Sales Excellence: Coach, mentor, and inspire the team across the demo, negotiation & closing cycle—ensuring best-in-class value-based selling in both SMB and Mid-Market segments, with tailored focus teams for each.
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with C-level to discuss country strategy, set ambitious targets, and relentlessly drive topline growth.
Hands-On Execution: Lead by example in client pitches, complex deals, and closing new business, mastering our product and ICP.
Optimize & Analyze: Ensure efficiency in team performance, monitor success metrics, and iterate rapidly for improvement.
Culture & Coaching: Build a culture of excellence and ambition: deeply invest in the success of others, foster continuous learning, and keep the team humble, motivated, and resilient.
