This role leads and scales the Enterprise and Strategic Account Management teams, driving post-sale revenue growth, retention, and customer value across multiple segments. You will set the strategic direction for account engagement, build high-performing managers and leaders, and implement repeatable frameworks to maximize adoption and ROI. The position combines operational rigor, executive-level relationship management, and talent development in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will partner cross-functionally to remove friction in renewal and expansion processes while ensuring consistent delivery of value to customers.
