WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a commercially savvy, customer-obsessed sales leader with strong experience in the retail industry. You’ll need to be a confident and authentic leader who can coach, challenge, and elevate a talented team—while remaining hands-on and connected to strategic accounts.
A good grasp of both UK retail market (bonus points if you have experience in the European retail market too!)
ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Head of Account Management, you will lead our UK & European Account Management team, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption across a portfolio of Tier 1 retail clients. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for a team of experienced Account Directors and Managers.
You’ll be joining at a crucial time—when we’re scaling fast, launching innovative new products, and investing in a high-performing team. Success in this role means hitting revenue targets, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, building a best-in-class account team, and being the internal voice of the customer to shape VoCoVo’s commercial strategy.
