As Head of Accounting Daimler Truck (f/m/x), you are responsible for the global leadership and strategic development of Accounting for the Daimler Truck Group. You ensure compliant, high‑quality, and timely financial reporting in accordance with international and local accounting standards, while continuously advancing processes, systems, and organizational structures in a complex, international environment. You act as a key interface to the Chief Accounting Officers (CAOs) and CFOs of segments and entities, auditors, and global finance functions, and play a central role in strengthening governance, transparency, and efficiency across the Group. As part of a diverse team in an international environment, you enable and ensure collaboration, communication, and necessary coordination between all teams. You will work at our headquarters, the Daimler Truck Campus in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, and report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Corporate Controlling.

Responsibilities

The Head of Accounting is responsible for the global leadership and strategic development of Accounting for the Daimler Truck Group, ensuring compliant, high-quality, and timely financial reporting according to international and local standards. This role involves continuously advancing processes, systems, and organizational structures while acting as a key interface to CAOs, CFOs, auditors, and global finance functions.
