Description

Recording and reconciliation of incoming payments as well as processing of overpayments and chargebacks
Ensuring smooth payment transactions and providing support for SEPA direct debit processes.
Monitoring and implementation of the dunning process, including telephone clarification of outstanding receivables.
Active receivables management and negotiation of individual payment agreements with customers
Contact person for customers and internal departments regarding billing and payment-related issues
Creation, maintenance and analysis of relevant reports and key performance indicators
Support in the continuous optimization of processes in accounts receivable and receivables management
Participation in cross-departmental projects for the further development of finance processes. Job requirements.
